I have always loved flowers… their colour, texture, movement and energy… their little faces and sweet scent, delicate petals and even their thorny stems.

I grew up in a house with a big garden and spent my days picking blooms, making potions, climbing trees and tending my own wee patch of earth… beautifying, spreading seeds and being out in nature.

I love flowers and I really love weddings. After 20 years experience working and teaching with flowers at home and in London I started Honeysuckle Rose to share that love and passion. Over the years I have developed my natural personal style - romantic, relaxed and full of gardeny goodness.

I live in Tauranga, New Zealand with my husband and three beautiful babes Jamie, Flynn and Willow who I am training up to fill buckets, snip stems and above all appreciate the beauty of nature.

Oh, and I also really love yoga, the beach, cooking, singing and dancing with my kids in the kitchen! xx

I LOVE to use those extra special ingredients that make all the difference and I am lucky enough to have a patch of earth where I can grow the blooms that I love.

Garden flowers are best freshly picked and there is nothing like gathering together an armful of blooms you have grown yourself, arranging them and seeing the look on a client's face when you deliver their flowers.

I love to grow lush, full blooms, delicate colours and trailing goodness. Some of my faves include dahlias, zinnias, roses, sweet peas, amaranthus, scabiosa and strawflowers.

I also use local growers for roses and foliage, am always on the lookout for foraged treasures and still pick from my childhood garden.
